The San Diego Pride Parade was in full swing this weekend!
It was sunny and hot, but well worth it to join in the fun.

So much fun.

We found a great vantage point for this year’s fireworks.

Not a bad view!
Downtown skyline to the left; Coronado bridge to the right; fiesta island down in front.

Saturday, Sean and I drove up the coast (in epic downpours) to Santa Barbara, where we attended Erick’s 5th birthday party.

Erick and his sister Kaylee enjoyed the bounce house between rainstorms.

Valentine’s Day at the bowling alley- what could be better?
Sean and I invited friends Erin and John and their daughter, Amelie, to a fun filled evening of bowling at our local bowling alley.
Pictures were taken by Erin Pennell, a photographer, artist, and teacher/owner
of the Rare Hare Studio in the Normal Heights area of San Diego.

5 year old Amelie learned to bowl for the first time. The highlight was her slipping on the lane as she sent her bowling ball on its 2 minute journey towards the pins.

Good times.
