I am participating in Inktober. It’s October with ink. Quite a challenge that I stumbled into on October 1st after innocently posting a portion of an inked artwork (my first out of 31). I then came across many, many other artists tagging their creations with #inktober. “What is this inktober?” I asked myself, and through the magic of the internet I found out 3 seconds later. Draw in ink, take a picture, post it with the tag. A great way to practice and motivate myself, and saturate the internet with my artwork for people to enjoy.
So for the entire month of October I will be creating daily sketches, drawings, and artwork with ink and posting them on my social media accounts. Yes social media, I am in. I was reflecting on that for today’s post:
